Oops! Have you ever clicked the Send button and almost immediately realized your email wasn’t complete yet? Or worse, realized that what you wrote in the email was not accurate – or had an embarrassing typo?
Sometime, an extra second to think would be helpful. That is why we have provided an optional “Are You Sure” prompt that can be added when you click the Send button. To enable this feature, add the administrative setting EmailPromptBeforeSend with a value of true.
If you would rather not have this extra prompt, there is no need for you to do anything. Without the setting, sending emails will continue to work as it has – click Send and you’re done. To read more about sending emails in TouchPoint, including information about this new feature, click here.
