The Training Specialist works closely with both new and existing church partners to ensure an in-depth understanding of our product. TouchPoint has established itself as a leader in the field because of our client satisfaction. This position plays a key role in continuing that success. The Training Specialist provides individual educational sessions to our church partners and helps them to have a great product experience. You will deliver exceptional customer experience for the church that builds trust and partnership based on accurate communication and thorough instructional sessions. This is a part time position.
Schedule individual, online or onsite training sessions with church partners.
Deliver single-topic training sessions with churches to enhance their overall product experience.
Based on conversations with churches and/or Client Success Team: Identify, create, and implement additional training opportunities.
Research industry-relevant topics.
Prepare well-structured drafts for additional training sessions and support material.
Maintain and enhance the client documentation that allows church partners to “self serve” their support needs.
Maintain and enhance the YouTube video library.
Maintain the Training databases by ensuring data is always clean, tidy, and presentable.
Track individual church training hours.
Required Skills / Special Qualifications:
Ideal experience: 2-4 years in direct Customer Support role with experience in Training or Public Speaking.
Energetic, disciplined, detailed, upbeat, and intuitive learner with a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Possess a passion for educating in a humble way and serving others.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for representing our team.
Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Travel up to 25%
Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX based preferred. 100% remote
