Over the next few weeks we will be upgrading our data center and cloud servers to better serve your church. Specifically, as new churches join the TouchPoint community and we add new features that are database intensive, this move will help us ensure your system stays fast and responsive.
Admin users at your church will be receiving emails to notify them of the specific date that your database will be migrated. The migration is expected to take only a few minutes and you should not notice any change in service. On the day of your move, nightly processes will still be run as usual, including recurring giving.
Additionally, the IP address for our server will change from 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199. Please notify your network admins in case you have any special firewall rules (rare) for our servers.
