In case you have not already noticed, the Volunteer tab has moved. Formerly under the Ministry tab, it is now located under the Involvement tab.

In addition, the contents of the Volunteer tab have been slightly modified for ease of use and accessibility.

Since the standard extra values on this tab are visible to anyone with the Access role—but not to OrgLeadersOnly users—if there are extra values that should have limited viewing, you can set that using the Limit to Roles feature on the individual extra value.

In the process, we have also renamed two of the roles related to volunteer background checks:

  • ApplicationReview has been renamed ManageApplication to better indicate the rights given by this role.
  • ViewVolunteerApplication has been given the simplified name ViewApplication, matching the naming scheme of the role above.
