The Marketing Coordinator is a fabulous role designed for someone who wants to be challenged and grow in their marketing abilities. This person loves a collaborative environment, managing multiple projects, interacting with both people and technology on a daily basis, and generally loves bringing order to chaos.

Savvy people who want to grow in their social media strategy would be a good fit. If you enjoy planning events and parties, then you may thrive in supporting our conference and event strategies. If checking things off your task list gives you great joy, then helping a team do the same with operational marketing support would be welcomed.

If you are selected to join our team, you’ll get great experience to help you grow in your career by mastering tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and various Adobe applications. We are looking for someone who is hungry, passionate about marketing, and wants to further their marketing career with a growing technology company. This is a part time position.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Play a lead role leveraging our internal social media taskforce.
  • Be a keeper of our digital brand presence.
  • Learn and leverage our digital tools to support the team including website, social, and email channels.

Content Creation

  • Research industry-relevant topics.
  • Prepare well-structured drafts for monthly newsletters, website copy, and various editorials.

Conference and Event Planning

  • Play a lead role in driving success for our conferences and events. This includes facilitating our internal conversations, researching which conferences are best to attend, submitting sponsorship requests, and ensuring we meet deadlines.
  • Assist with planning and execution of our annual user conference. This includes communications, swag, budget management, logistics, and time management.

Operational Support

  • Operational support for our inbound and outbound marketing campaigns such as email sends, content papers, podcast distribution, coordinating webinars, helping with expense reports, providing sales support materials, and making sure we have some fun!

Required Skills / Special Qualifications:

  • Energetic, disciplined, detailed, upbeat, and intuitive learner with a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a passion for event planning, managing multiple projects at one time, and serving others.  
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for representing our team in public.
  • Motivated, Intuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Leader, Driver, Creative, Problem Solver, Analytical, Versatile, and “Thrives Under Pressure” are words that describe you.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.

  • Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX based preferred. 100% remote
