What a month it has been at TouchPoint! Our team has been working hard on several updates to help you maximize your ministry. I wanted to take a quick minute to make sure you knew about them.
A few weeks ago we rolled out Resources, a new TouchPoint feature designed to help you provide curated information and resources to members based on a variety of criteria. Learn more about how your church can start using the Resources Feature below.
We also refreshed the TouchPoint website to make it easier for you to find important information, access training, and stay informed about the latest updates. We invite you to click around and let us know how we can continue to improve.

Introducing: TouchPoint Resources!
Resources is your new centralized location for documents within TouchPoint. It's where your staff members, ministry teams, small groups, lay leaders, and volunteers can download information curated just for them. Our hope is that this feature will help you communicate more efficiently and equip your congregation more effectively by providing personal and relevant content.
Because TouchPoint was created at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, our team has learned a lot when it comes to streamlining processes for VBS – both inside and outside of TouchPoint. Bellevue hosts an average of 2,500 kids and 1,000+ volunteers during the week of VBS.
Our VBS Best Practices Training was designed on the processes that Bellevue has created for running a successful VBS. Whether your church hosts 100 kids or 1,000 kids, this training will help your Kid’s Ministry team prepare for an eventful week.

Contact Support today to schedule your VBS Training and ensure you’re off to the right start! You can Contact Support by logging into your TouchPoint database and then clicking the Help Button on the upper right-hand side of the screen. You will then see a tab called Contact Support.
