The TouchPoint team is occasionally asked about tips and tricks for encouraging all staff and volunteers to embrace TouchPoint. This month, Erik is joined by Keith Duff from Village Bible to discuss methods for encouraging a full TouchPoint embrace. As Executive Pastor, Keith knew his transition with TouchPoint would require a master plan to encourage his staff to embrace a brand new system. We all know this is not an easy task, but three years later, Keith will tell you how fruitful his efforts have been. 

Embracing TouchPoint is, of course, a popular conversation among churches new to the TouchPoint family, but this remains an important topic year after year as new staff join or as departments stray from the databases and try to get by using subpar tools.
