We are finalizing testing and documentation for our next release which you can expect to be deployed the night of Monday, July 19th.

Here are some of the top feature changes you can expect to see in the next release:
Archive a Record. Staff with the Manage or Admin role will soon have the ability to archive a record so the record no longer appears in the Quick Search, Basic People Search, or Search Builder results by default. This update will also include a saved search that will auto unarchive people based on criteria that you determine.
Ministry By Text Integration. We are excited to formally announce a new integration with a partner software company called Ministry By Text. For churches looking for shared or unique short code SMS numbers as well as additional features like intergroup SMS, check out our new integration partner MBT. The same great features available through our Twilio integration, plus more, will be available through this new partnership.
NEW Tasks & Notes Changes (still in Beta). As we approach the launch of our newly-rebuilt feature, Tasks & Notes, this deployment will add new features and functionality that will only be available to our Beta testers initially.
Mission Trip Enhancements. You can expect two updates for Mission Trips: one that will allow your participants to raise more money than their goal and the other will allow you to specify which payment processor to use for your Mission Trip Involvements.
In addition to these changes, we are excited to be putting the infrastructure in place for the NEW Volunteer Scheduler tool that will be available this Fall. We are also releasing a number of backend enhancements to ensure the continued speed, reliability, and stability of existing TouchPoint tools.
