TOUCHPOINTERS: USING THE CHECK-IN DASHBOARD

The Check-In Dashboard is designed to give us live reporting for our Check-In Involvements.

The Check-In Dashboard is designed to give us live reporting for our Check-In Involvements. This gives the staff member who is overseeing several volunteers and classrooms a snapshot of who has been Checked In to each class, who has been Checked Out, and the ratio of leaders to students. We can easily increase or decrease capacity for each room as well and open or close a Meeting. Closing a Meeting would disallow any further kids from checking in to that room.
