As we work to deliver new features and product updates on a regular basis, we also commit to a communication strategy and rollout plan that aligns with your ministry. We have made several recent changes in how we handle our releases, documentation, webinars, and blogs that incorporate valuable feedback from you, our partner churches.
Here’s some of what you can expect:
New features and major updates will occur only on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays in order to give you and your teams adequate notice and thus minimize any disruption to your Sunday activities.
For changes that impact existing functionality, we will blog about the feature in advance. You will also be seeing more videos in our blogs highlighting those updates.
Small changes and fixes will continue to be released as quickly as possible (after successfully passing our testing process) regardless of the day of the week.
