Our Available Positions
The Giving Solutions Specialist serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for TouchPoint Giving and related financial offerings, guiding clients through implementation, training, and support. This role partners with sales, product, and consulting teams to deliver services on time, lead clients through processes, such as giving gateway setup and vault transfers, and acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing positive, successful relationships with clients that maximize client satisfaction and responsiveness. This individual understands the client’s operational and data processing systems to meet client needs in ways that are mutually beneficial to both client and Cass. They maintain relationships with client decision makers to ensure the benefits and deliverables of our service are recognized and acquisition additional Cass service offerings are considered. In addition, they provide clients with a consistent, dependable resource within Cass from the selling through operational phases of our relationship.
The National Sales Manager is responsible for adding value through individual sales, business development, and account management assistance for the company’s TouchPoint Software, TouchPoint Giving, and Gyve Generosity Services. In addition, this position in collaboration with business-line directors, develops, executes, and maintains marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives and support profitable business growth.
