Client Success Manager

Church Partner Support
Full-Time
Remote

The Church Partner Success Manager builds lasting relationships with the churches we serve so they get the full value of TouchPoint. This person takes time to understand how each church operates, then equips their team to use the system with confidence. They stay connected to church leaders so the benefit of TouchPoint is felt in ministry, and they point toward additional tools when those would genuinely serve the church. From the first conversation onward, they are a consistent, dependable resource our church partners can count on.

Lead Application Developer

IT
Full-Time
Remote

As TouchPoint’s Lead Application Developer, you’ll shape the technology behind the ChMS that large churches trust to know, care for, and disciple their people. You’ll provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, design and implement end-to-end integrated systems, and partner across departments to turn real ministry needs into working software. Day to day, that means writing and reviewing code in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and Vue.js, working in SQL Server, researching what’s next, and putting AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and Cowork to work where they make the product better.
