Upcoming Church Conferences
TouchPoint Is Thrilled To Support
TouchPoint loves meeting partner churches and ministry leaders face to face. One way we invest in the big “C” Church is by showing up at faith-based conferences across the country. These events help us learn from pastors and ministry teams, while sharing best practices for discipleship, administration and technology.
Below you will find the church conferences we plan to support. Each section includes the date, location and a brief overview of who the event is for and why it matters to us. We will update this page as more conferences are added.
XP Mega Metro, Ponte Vedra, FL
This gathering is tailored for executive pastors, senior ministry leaders, and operations pastors from large, multi‑site churches, offering a space to connect, lead, grow, refresh, equip, and develop together. Over several days, participants engage with renowned leadership experts and peers in sessions that balance spiritual formation, strategic thinking, and practical church leadership, fostering meaningful relationships and shared wisdom.
We value this event because it speaks directly to the unique challenges of large‑church leadership, provides a comprehensive experience where meals and community interactions enhance learning, and emphasizes holistic leadership development that aligns with TouchPoint’s commitment to whole‑person ministry.
Church Administration & Leadership Summit, Knoxville, TN
Hosted at our partner Fellowship Church, this one-day training event from The Church Network equips church administrators and leaders with practical insights, strategic tools and expert-led sessions. Designed for those who work behind the scenes, the summit delivers immersive learning on topics like finance, HR, governance and ministry strategy while fostering peer learning and networking opportunities.
We love that TCN pours into church administration teams, helping them strengthen organizational effectiveness and navigate modern ministry challenges. The event provides a welcoming setting for leaders to gain new perspectives and make meaningful connections, affirming the vital role of administrative staff in every church’s mission.
EQUIP, Las Vegas, NV
Hosted by the Nevada Baptist Convention, this one‑day training event is designed for anyone serving in the local church (pastors, volunteers, deacons and staff alike) and offers leadership training across a wide array of ministry areas. TouchPoint will be at the 2026 south session at Life Baptist Church in Las Vegas. Participants can choose from various classes led by experienced leaders from Nevada and around the country to strengthen skills in worship, discipleship, student ministry, kids ministry and more.
We love this event because it pours into lay leaders and church staff alike, being accessible to everyone, and fostering fellowship and collaboration among ministry leaders across the state.
IC3 Church Conference, Houston, TX
Hosted by Pastor Ralph Douglas West, this conference equips pastors, ministers, and church leaders with practical tools, insight, and inspiration to strengthen their ministries. It features transformative breakout sessions, renowned speakers, and a supportive community where leaders deepen their spiritual insight and develop strategies for meaningful church growth. The 2026 theme, “ENDURE: LEADING WITH COURAGE, LEANING ON CHRIST,” sets the tone for worship, storytelling, and breakout sessions throughout the week.
We love IC3 because it blends church growth strategies with spiritual formation, offers accessible pricing for leaders at every level, and provides a rich schedule of worship services, breakout sessions, and special events that inspire and equip the broader church community.
Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting, Orlando, FL
The Southern Baptist Convention’s annual gathering brings thousands of messengers, pastors and church staff to the Orange County Convention Center for four days of worship, equipping and connection. With nearly 200 meetings, events and gatherings, attendees engage with leaders from across the nation and return encouraged, equipped and inspired. The Pastors’ Conference on June 7–8 features four micro‑conferences (worship, discipleship, students and kids) so entire church staffs can learn together.
We appreciate this event because it provides a comprehensive gathering for Southern Baptist churches, offers whole‑staff development through role‑specific training, and maintains a mission focus through initiatives like Crossover that encourage churches to serve the community in Central Florida before the meeting.
Metro Media & Communications Association Annual Conference, Pensacola Beach, FL
This long‑running gathering is designed for media, communications and production ministry professionals who serve as primary leaders in church media ministries. MMCA provides a community where they can share ideas, encouragement and inspiration. The 2026 conference will be offering an exciting week of worship, training and encouragement.
We’re drawn to this community because it equips the often behind‑the‑scenes communications and production teams, welcomes spouses and children for a relaxed, family‑friendly retreat, and takes place right on the beach, fostering creativity and fellowship.

Our annual Summit brings our partner churches together for three days of practical training, networking and ministry‑focused growth, hosted by one of our church partners: First Baptist Dallas. It offers specialized tracks for executive pastors, database administrators, CFO/finance teams, developers, ministry front‑line leaders, communications teams and those new to TouchPoint, ensuring that every attendee receives relevant, role‑specific training. The schedule is designed to help participants leverage our church management software to its fullest, by emphasizing collaboration, practical solutions and meaningful networking.
We love this conference because it’s dedicated entirely to our partner churches, delivers targeted learning tracks, and builds community through shared meals, evening activities and hands‑on sessions.
