Upcoming Church Conferences
TouchPoint Is Thrilled To Support
TouchPoint loves meeting partner churches and ministry leaders face to face. One way we invest in the big “C” Church is by showing up at faith-based conferences across the country. These events help us learn from pastors and ministry teams, while sharing best practices for discipleship, administration and technology.
Below you will find the church conferences we plan to support. Each section includes the date, location and a brief overview of who the event is for and why it matters to us. We will update this page as more conferences are added.
The Church Network CONFERENCE, West Plam Beach, FL
The Church Network’s annual conference is designed for church administrators and ministry leaders to strengthen leadership, enhance ministry operations, and discover cutting‑edge solutions for church administration. With 70 years of experience, the conference features pre‑conference “FastTrack” intensives and workshop tracks covering communications, executive leadership, information technology, human resources, accounting, finance, facilities, legal issues and more.
We love this conference because it pours into the behind‑the‑scenes staff of church administration, offering practical workshops tailored to diverse roles and ministry needs, and provides a supportive community where church leaders can connect, reset and refocus on their mission.
Metro Media & Communications Association Annual Conference, Pensacola Beach, FL
This long‑running gathering is designed for media, communications and production ministry professionals who serve as primary leaders in church media ministries. MMCA provides a community where they can share ideas, encouragement and inspiration. The 2026 conference will be offering an exciting week of worship, training and encouragement.
We’re drawn to this community because it equips the often behind‑the‑scenes communications and production teams, welcomes spouses and children for a relaxed, family‑friendly retreat, and takes place right on the beach, fostering creativity and fellowship.
TouchPoint Summit, Dallas, TX
Our annual Summit brings our partner churches together for three days of practical training, networking and ministry‑focused growth, hosted by one of our church partners: First Baptist Dallas. It offers specialized tracks for executive pastors, database administrators, CFO/finance teams, developers, ministry front‑line leaders, communications teams and those new to TouchPoint, ensuring that every attendee receives relevant, role‑specific training. The schedule is designed to help participants leverage our church management software to its fullest, by emphasizing collaboration, practical solutions and meaningful networking.
We love this conference because it’s dedicated entirely to our partner churches, delivers targeted learning tracks, and builds community through shared meals, evening activities and hands‑on sessions.
Church Communications Conference, Overland Park, KS
Put is a three‑day gathering offers specialized training, networking and spiritual refreshment for communications teams and church leaders. Recognizing that strategies for a congregation of 50 differ greatly from those for a church of 5,000, ComCon 26 introduces “Church Size & Growth‑Stage Tracks” that organize sessions by church size and growth stage. Tracks range from Foundations for new communicators to Small Churches, Growing Churches and Scaling & Multi‑Staff Churches, giving attendees an experience tailored to their resources and complexity.
We’re excited to support this conference because Jason Hamrock and his team deliver authentic, practical guidance that helps communicators “Grow With Purpose,” aligning each track with a church’s unique mission and ministry vision.
CITN National Conference, Louisville, KY
This annual gathering is the largest event dedicated to church IT collaboration, bringing together technology leaders, church management software specialists, production teams and ministry support staff from churches across the country. Hosted at Southeast Christian Church, the conference kicks off with a meet‑and‑greet dinner, followed by two full days of workshops and sessions that deliver technical, strategic and leadership content. Early‑bird registration is only $99 and includes meals, sessions and evening activities; the rate increases after September 1, so planning ahead can save your team money.
We love this event because it convenes the largest network of church IT professionals in one place, offers high‑value training at an accessible price, and fosters peer learning and collaboration that empower churches to advance their technology and ministry strategies
