These events help us learn from pastors and ministry teams, while sharing best practices for discipleship, administration and technology.

CE Metro, Hilton Head, SC
This annual gathering brings together education ministers, discipleship pastors, and small group pastors who lead adult ministry in large churches across the country. Participants share ministry practices, learn from peers, and build lasting friendships, with spouses invited to join throughout the week.
We love this event because it centers on the leaders who carry discipleship and groups ministry every week. Its intimate size makes room for honest conversation, and including spouses makes the week refreshing for the whole family.
LeadingSmart XP Gathering, Palm Springs, CA
This intentional gathering is designed for Executive Pastors who want to grow in an intimate, conversation‑driven environment. Participants learn from hosts Tim Stevens and Holly Tate and peers from churches around the country while exploring practical topics such as building healthy culture, staffing, budgeting, generosity, facilities management and self‑care.
We love this event because its small size fosters focused networking and honest dialogue, the agenda flexes to attendees’ needs, and the relaxed beach setting gives ministry leaders space to recharge while learning.
XP Mega Metro, Frisco, TX
This gathering is tailored for executive pastors, senior ministry leaders, and operations pastors from large, multi‑site churches, offering a space to connect, lead, grow, refresh, equip, and develop together. Over several days, participants engage with renowned leadership experts and peers in sessions that balance spiritual formation, strategic thinking, and practical church leadership, fostering meaningful relationships and shared wisdom.

TouchPoint Summit, Memphis, TN
Our annual Summit brings our partner churches together for three days of practical training, networking and ministry‑focused growth, hosted by one of our church partners: Bellevue Baptist Church. It offers specialized tracks for executive pastors, database administrators, CFO/finance teams, developers, ministry front‑line leaders, communications teams and those new to TouchPoint, ensuring that every attendee receives relevant, role‑specific training. The schedule is designed to help participants leverage our church management software to its fullest, by emphasizing collaboration, practical solutions and meaningful networking.
We love this conference because it’s dedicated entirely to our partner churches, delivers targeted learning tracks, and builds community through shared meals, evening activities and hands‑on sessions.

It offers three days of practical training, networking, and role-specific learning tracks to help church teams get more out of TouchPoint. Each Summit is hosted by one of our partner churches, so attendees learn from teams using TouchPoint in real ministry settings.
Summit is designed for church staff who use TouchPoint every day. It has tracks for executive pastors, database administrators, finance teams, developers, communications teams, front-line ministry leaders, and people new to TouchPoint. Many churches bring several team members so each person can attend the sessions that fit their role.
Yes, though Summit works best once you know TouchPoint is a fit for your church. Because it’s a users conference, nearly every session centers on working in TouchPoint. Churches exploring TouchPoint usually start with a demo. Those further along sometimes join us at Summit to experience our culture and hear directly from partner churches about how TouchPoint supports their ministry.
Many people on our team have served on church staff, and we see our work as ministry first. Conferences let us listen to pastors and ministry teams, learn what’s changing in church life, and share practical ideas for discipleship, administration, and technology.
