A few changes have been made to the Task & Notes Functionality.
- It is now possible for a church to edit and customize Task email templates. These emails can be found under the Email Templates menu by filtering for “SystemEmailTemplate.” These templates are live, so please note that any changes will be reflected immediately.
- A user now has the option to increase their view when they “load more” Tasks and Notes. You can now choose from 20 all the way up to 200 additional Tasks or Notes per load.
- The ManageTouchpoints and ViewPrivateTouchpoints roles can now be found under the advanced roles section when managing a user’s access roles.
