Church Database Administrators:
We Built Your Dream System
Built by ministry leaders with decades of experience, TouchPoint is a best-in-class church database management system designed for the most complex ministries—giving church database administrators the power, flexibility, and control to manage what other systems can’t.
One Unified Record for Every Person in Your Church
At the center of TouchPoint’s church database software is the people record, engineered to give large ministries the depth, flexibility, and visibility simpler systems can’t.
Benefits:
- The single source of truth: this is where you can find all important personal details, activities, communication, giving, roles and access, ministry touchpoints, engagement, and family members.
- Acting as a single church membership database, TouchPoint allows laity to update their information while permitting lay leaders and staff to maintain individual records that can then be grouped by family and linked to other relatives.
- Accessible from the website or mobile app, get the information you need when you need it.
Turn Paper Connect Cards Into People Records
Every connect card is a new record waiting to happen, and every typo or duplicate turns into cleanup later. With Connect Card Capture, you can uploads photos or scans of your cards and TouchPoint reads each one. You review what TouchPoint found, then it adds a new person or updates an existing record, so your database stays accurate and follow-up can start sooner.
- Possible duplicates are caught before anything is imported, so there’s less merging later
- Hard-to-read handwriting is flagged for your team to review instead of guessed at
- New and existing records are handled in one review step, without retyping
- New people are marked with their “Origin of Connect Card,” which makes reporting easier
Nothing changes in your database until you review and import the card.
You Decide Who Gets In.
And How Far.
AI doesn’t get a back door into your database. Your church enables MCP when you’re ready, each user must be authorized, and existing TouchPoint permissions still determine what they can access.
You can also redact contact and demographic data by role, while every MCP request is logged for visibility and accountability.
- Authorize access person by person
- Keep existing TouchPoint permissions in place
- Review AI-assisted activity anytime
The same oversight you’ve always had over your data. AI doesn’t get an exception.
Real-Time Church Engagement For More Proactive Member Care
Ministry leaders shouldn’t have to choose between caring for people and managing data.
