By subscribing to our SMS service verbally, you have provided us with consent to send you text messages regarding TouchPoint Software alerts, information, event reminders, and new content. Message frequency varies by events/preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. If your phone does not support MMS, you will receive SMS instead.

OPT-OUT, STOP, HELP, OR SUPPORT

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from TouchPoint Software, you can STOP messaging by sending the word STOP and get more help by sending the word HELP. You may also stop text messages  or receive help by calling us at (214) 866-7777 or emailing us at support@touchpointsoftware.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
